In Workplace Mindfulness Training we adopt a learner centric approach, adapting the course to the needs of the individuals, allowing more or less time for teach backs, group learning or theory input according to their needs and preferences. We timetable time for reflection, embedding learning and preparing for the next day, but leave it up to the individual to decide how to make best use of this.
Feedback to date suggests that our training is delivering the desired outcomes. Our training is constantly evolving as new research and best practice emerges. We aspire to our approach to workplace trainer training becoming the gold standard work workplace mindfulness based interventions.
